"I had an issue with my car making sputtering clunking sounds when the steering was turned left or right. I contacted Duke Street Autopoint and spoke to Lara and booked it in to see what the problem was. The fault was found as well as other issues with the car. I booked it the following week for the work to be done. From the very first phone call with Lara, speaking to Scott as the car was getting fixed as well as other staff at the garage, I can honestly say it was the best service I've received. The staff are very professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Before the work was carried out, I was given a breakdown of what's required and my total bill. No hidden costs. I would definitely recommend this garage and will be going here in the future. Thank you again Lara for all your time and patience with my numerous phone calls."

"Audi A6 Egr cooler and valve replacement. I am very happy with this garage. they replaced the egr valve and cooler on my Audi A6 at a very good price. Luci was amazing and explained everything and also kept me up to date with the repair. Would definitely recommend and also will definitely be using this garage from now on. "Had my Volvo C30 in here for an emergency repair inner CV boot has split given a very good price and the times scale for it to be repaired received a phone call saying there was a secondary problem with the driveshaft as it severely rusted was given a price to continue which was very good. They had to order the Parts in so the vehicle was kept overnight in a secure compound. It was completed on time the day after excellent service and cost."
